GFM Pupil Voice

Cris Beswick, Chair of the Trust Board, and Ian Potter, CEO of the GFM, spent the afternoon of May 25 with a group of pupils from across the GFM. The young people from a range of year groups and from both junior and both secondary schools fed back on what worked well (www) in their experience of their schooling and what could be even better if…(ebi). The quality of teaching and care was the main thing they identified as working well and better approaches for addressing why people found themselves being unkind to others was a particular area for development identified. The pupils also discussed how the values of the GFM could be expressed and a powerful code for guiding how those within the Trust go about their work.
