Winners of the Mandarin Speaking Competition 2021

We would like to share some wonderful news with our GFM community.

A team of our MEP students, Phoebie, Isabelle, Emma, Titas and Thomas from Year 8 Brune Park school has won FIRST place in a national Mandarin Speaking Competition. This great, fun competition is organised by British Council and hosted for over 100 schools across the country aiming to practise and improve Mandarin Chinese language skills. The prize is a £100 book voucher plus a digital workshop or tour for their Mandarin class.

We are all super proud of them – a huge well done for all their hard work and great achievement!
