Main Purpose

  • Provide effective and efficient administration support for all staff delivering offsite trips
  • Work with the ‘Trips’ team to improve the wider provision of the GFM
  • Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the GFM meeting the needs of the school community

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Administration Support for Trip Leaders
  • Produce, collate and adapt centralised resources for trip staff
  • Support staff in the initial stages of planning so that they are prepared for Outline Approval
  • Provide admin support to trip leaders and staff after ‘Outline Approval’
