We invite teachers of non-shortage subjects to ‘take the challenge’ – to address the shortage of quality Science teachers across the country.

We are recruiting great teachers who are looking to develop a strong second specialism in Science. We invite you to join a 30 strong team of Science staff across our secondary provision in Gosport. This opportunity is for Primary trained staff looking to develop their career and experience with secondary KS3 teaching and for Secondary teachers trained in a non shortage subject.

You will receive:

We are seeking an aspirational and dedicated professional to lead our Key Stage 4 English provision across our Special/ Alternative Provision phase. We are developing a new curriculum model and the right candidate will be instrumental in the planning, developing and delivery of this.

 

You will be responsible for teaching GCSE and/or alternative accreditation across our three separate sites; the LWS Academy is a specialist SEN school for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. Both the Enterprise Academy and Gateway offer alternative curriculums across both Key Stage 3 and 4 for students.

 

Collaboration with all staff will be essential in the pursuit of excellent outcomes for our young people.

Bay House School and Sixth Form are seeking an innovative Language teacher who can teach Spanish or German to GCSE with the opportunity to teach A level for a suitable candidate. The ability to teach another language, either French, German or Spanish would be an advantage. You should be a passionate lifelong learner who is hardworking and enthusiastic with excellent subject knowledge. You will be a motivated individual with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and excel in your subject area. The successful applicant will be prepared to share their practice with colleagues and fully contribute to our in-house programme of continuing professional development.
