We invite teachers of non-shortage subjects to ‘take the challenge’ – to address the shortage of quality Science teachers across the country.

We are recruiting great teachers who are looking to develop a strong second specialism in Science. We invite you to join a 30 strong team of Science staff across our secondary provision in Gosport. This opportunity is for Primary trained staff looking to develop their career and experience with secondary KS3 teaching and for Secondary teachers trained in a non shortage subject.

You will receive:
  • a package of training and development delivered by our in house team of Scientists.  The package includes intensive support for curriculum content alongside Science curriculum development and enhancement and specific strategies for Science teaching
