Teach First is a charity supporting equality in Education, so is only available to eligible schools. Within the GFM are two such schools – Brune Park Community School and Rowner Junior School.The programme is aimed at high achieving graduates. The eligibility criteria are –
- 2.1 degree or above (2.2 degrees will also be considered)
- A degree or A-levels that satisfy the curriculum requirements listed below
- Grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE maths and English (Grade C in one science subject is also required for primary teaching)
Completion of this 2 year programme leads to a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Leadership (PGDE). Please use links below for further information.
