Biodigester – GFM ‘Plate to Plate’ Project

Our ambition is to embrace sustainability across the Trust. This vision focuses on three themes; energy efficiency and carbon reduction, waste reduction and recycling. A biodigester will help convert the vast amount of food waste into compost which can then be used in the kitchen and community gardens.

Support for Ukraine

With the announcements this week about households being invited to accommodate Ukrainians escaping the war, the GFM is keen to help. We are thinking that if someone from the Ukraine has experience of working in an educational setting and will be residing in Gosport, we would want to support them by offering to have them feel wanted within our school communities.

Bay House School celebrate winning Hampshire cup

Bay House rugby team are celebrating after winning the Hampshire Bowl – in their first ever season. The boys team won three matches against schools from across Hampshire on their way to the final.

Winners of the Mandarin Speaking Competition 2021

A team of our MEP students, Phoebie, Isabelle, Emma, Titas and Thomas from Year 8 Brune Park school has won FIRST place in a national Mandarin Speaking Competition. This great, fun competition is organised by British Council and hosted for over 100 schools across the country aiming to practise and improve Mandarin Chinese language skills.
